Description
The Sergeant directly supervises assigned correctional officers and is responsible for the custody, discipline, security, transport, restraint, search, recordkeeping, emergency response, and overall accountability of offenders at the Wilkinson County Correctional Facility. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of corrections experience, and a valid Mississippi or Louisiana driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
