PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Chelsea, Massachusetts financial services retail location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when management is absent, handles transaction processing and cash procedures, ensures compliance, resolves customer issues, and helps with scheduling, audits, and community marketing. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
