PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Dallas, Texas retail financial services location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when management is absent, handles transaction processing and cash management, ensures compliance with regulations, resolves customer issues, and helps maintain store standards. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong customer-facing and communication skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours in a busy retail environment.
