PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Charlotte, North Carolina store at 7010 Albermarle Road. The role leads store operations, supervises team members in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, and ensures outstanding customer service, compliance, cash handling accuracy, and achievement of store goals. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
