PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Fort Worth, Texas to lead store operations at a financial services retail location. The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting store goals, supervising team members in the absence of the Store Manager, handling transactions and cash procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, coaching CSRs, resolving complaints, and assisting with scheduling, audits, and community marketing. The position requires at least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings, strong communication and leadership skills, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
