PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Irving, Texas financial services retail store. The role leads store operations and team members, supports the Assistant Store Manager, delivers customer service, ensures compliance with regulations, handles transaction processing and cash management, reviews and approves checks within limits, resolves complaints, and helps with scheduling, audits, and store marketing.
