The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities in the absence of management, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, customer issues, scheduling, and audits. The position requires at least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
