PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor for one of its retail financial services centers. The role leads store operations, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when leadership is absent, and ensures strong customer service, compliance, cash handling, and adherence to policies and procedures. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer engagement skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours in a busy retail environment.
