PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Oklahoma City financial services store on South Pennsylvania Avenue. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team members when managers are absent, handles transactions and cash procedures, ensures regulatory compliance, resolves customer issues, and helps with schedules, audits, and store upkeep. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
