Description
Sonoco is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Newport, Tennessee, reporting to the Production Manager. The role oversees safety, quality, productivity, material handling, cost performance, and employee management for an assigned shift, while coordinating production scheduling, managing overtime and inventory, leading continuous improvement initiatives, developing hourly employees, and proposing capital projects. A bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering is strongly preferred, and at least two years of supervisory experience is required. The annual base salary is $93,600 to $105,300 plus a 12.5% target bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
