Description
Terzo Enterprises is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of its pallet repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing facility. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role supervises plant personnel, manages inbound and outbound shipments, coordinates equipment and maintenance activities, conducts quality audits and inventories, and ensures safety, security, productivity, and customer-quality standards are met. The position requires 18+ years of age, 1–2 years of manufacturing or logistics experience, and 1–2 years of management experience; it involves frequent handling of 75- to 85-pound pallets and may vary in hours.
