The Shift Supervisor, 2-shift system leads and develops a logistics, warehousing, or distribution team; plans resources and daily operations; monitors productivity, quality, service, compliance, and safety; analyzes performance metrics; and drives continuous improvement. The role requires logistics or distribution supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, health and safety knowledge, and fluency in English and Dutch.
