PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Arlington, Texas financial services retail location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, and may direct team members when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. Responsibilities include supervising transactions and cash handling, coaching CSRs, approving checks within limits, managing schedules and audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a clean store environment. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer service skills, English fluency, and flexible availability.
