Volunteers of America–Greater New York is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Pugsley Family Shelter in the Bronx. The role supervises front desk staff, supports clients and guests experiencing homelessness, coordinates shelter operations, monitors building safety, manages client activities and transportation, maintains electronic records, and responds to emergencies. A high school diploma or GED is preferred along with at least one year of relevant experience; CPR/First Aid and Front Handler's Safety Certification are required within 90 days of hire, with costs covered by the employer. The position is full-time and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off benefits.
