Description
Terzo Enterprises is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee the intake, inspection, outbound operations, and refurbishing of damaged pallets in a fast-paced production environment. The role supervises plant personnel, manages shipping and receiving schedules, conducts quality audits and inventories, coordinates equipment and maintenance activities, and ensures safety, security, productivity, and customer-quality standards are met. The position works Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and requires applicants to be at least 18 years old, have 2–4 years of manufacturing or logistics experience, and 2–4 years of management experience.
