Description
The Shift Supervisor provides active leadership for co-workers, supports Program Supervisors in dorm and campus operations, and maintains a therapeutic milieu for clients and staff. The role supervises client and staff activities, mentors assigned youth, helps create and maintain treatment plans, advocates for clients, communicates with team members, and provides direct feedback. Applicants must be at least 24 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least six months of experience working with adolescents. The position pays $19.80-$21.78 and includes two possible pay increases within the first 90 days.
