PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Chicago, Illinois retail financial services location at 1617 N. Cicero Ave. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, customer complaints, scheduling support, and store audits. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work varied hours.
