PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its retail financial services store at 3930 W Gate City in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team activities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent, and handles transaction processing, cash management, compliance, customer complaints, scheduling support, and store audits. The position requires at least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours.
