HyPro, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to direct and assist staff in planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes. The role oversees production scheduling, cost-effectiveness, on-time delivery, quality, process monitoring, cross-department communication, team supervision and motivation, performance reviews, and staffing and training needs. Manufacturing supervisory experience is preferred, while production planning experience, production-planning software and Microsoft Excel proficiency, CNC machining knowledge, and a Production or Operations Management degree are listed as pluses.
