Description
The Shift Supervisor ensures programmatic and administrative activities are carried out, protects the safety, welfare, and rights of clients, coordinates and supervises assigned-shift activities, and enforces time and attendance policies with Shift Coordinators. The role requires IID experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet criminal background and drug screening standards.
