Description
The Shift Supervisor oversees third-shift manufacturing production, including pre-shift meetings, personnel guidance, quality and productivity KPIs, equipment and forklift operations, training, safety, emergency response, kanban and TPM activities, production reporting, and plant stocktaking. The role requires English and Mandarin communication, a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent education and training, forklift certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
