PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Chicago, Illinois store at 4004 W. 26th St. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, supervises team members when managers are absent, and handles transaction processing, cash drawer maintenance, cash handling, check approval, compliance, scheduling, audits, and customer complaint resolution. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible hours in a busy retail environment.
