Description
The Shift Supervisor oversees glass production operations, including pre-shift meetings, production quality, yield, productivity, safety, equipment operation, training, emergency response, kanban, TPM, and shift reporting. The role reports to the Lead Supervisor, coordinates personnel and production issues, manages shift KPIs, and requires English and Mandarin communication, a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent education and training, forklift certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
