PLS is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its Chicago, Illinois retail financial services location. The role leads store operations and customer service, supports the Assistant Store Manager, and supervises team members when management is absent. Responsibilities include transaction processing, cash handling, check approval, compliance, customer complaint resolution, scheduling support, store audits, and maintaining a clean store environment. The position requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, English fluency, and flexible availability.
