TeDan Surgical Innovations is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead machining and assembly production activities in a regulated surgical-device manufacturing environment. The role oversees shift safety, quality, delivery, productivity, scheduling, operators, work orders, handoffs, problem-solving, Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives, labor and material utilization, and audit-ready quality documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of manufacturing experience including two years in a supervisory or lead role, experience with machining or assembly, Lean Manufacturing, ERP or MES systems, and strong operational problem-solving skills.
