Anderson Center for Autism is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a residential autism support team during scheduled shifts. The role supports individuals with autism through daily living, personal care, meal preparation, recreational activities, skill development, behavioral strategies, documentation, and compliance with staff-to-individual ratios and organizational procedures. The supervisor works under the Residence Manager, may act in the manager’s absence, and requires a high school diploma or GED, New York State driver’s license, at least 21 years of age, and experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities.
