Cozzini Bros. is hiring a Sharpening Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily management and performance of its knife-sharpening facility. The role supervises and trains employees, assigns staffing, monitors throughput and quality, maintains safety and security, supports improvement and cost-control initiatives, and plans labor needs. The position runs Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM and requires 3–5 or more years of sharpening or operations experience, a high school or associate degree, strong management and communication skills, and knowledge of sharpening operations; lean/improvement knowledge is a plus. The salary is $74,000–$75,000 per year, with medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid vacation benefits.
