Whirlpool is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Analyst, Engineering for its Perrysburg, Ohio plant. The role leads the first-shift swing-shift operation of a plastic injection-molding facility, driving production goals, safety, quality, equipment reliability, process optimization, root-cause analysis, and team development. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manufacturing experience, and at least two years supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing environment; engineering, injection molding, process optimization, and World Class Manufacturing experience are preferred.
