Open Arms Care Corporation is hiring a Shift Supervisor / Assistant House Manager to lead Direct Support Professionals, provide hands-on client care and active treatment, coach staff, maintain documentation and a safe environment, manage supplies and schedules, and complete an on-call rotation. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and Professional Crisis Management certification within 60 days; supervisory experience and 3+ years working directly with ID/DD clients are preferred.
