Family Entertainment Group LLC is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor in Columbia, Missouri to support daily arcade and family entertainment center operations. The role leads shift staff, handles guest concerns, monitors safety and security risks, assists with training and policy enforcement, and works closely with the General Manager to maintain a positive guest and employee experience. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of experience as a Senior Arcade Attendant or similar, and strong leadership and customer service skills.
