Description
The Shift Supervisor leads and supervises operational staff, generates work schedules and assignments, provides house coverage, trains new staff, and enforces operations policies. The role also performs facility and room inspections, monitors residents and safety equipment, records incidents and client issues, maintains client property and census records, supports client intakes, and handles crisis intervention. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree in social or human sciences or psychology, two years of experience working with homeless or low- and mixed-income populations plus experience in child welfare, family work, and substance abuse, an understanding of low-income and homeless individuals, and current F-80 certification.
