Description
The Shift Supervisor oversees Dorm Coordinators and Residential Advisors in a Job Corps residential career-training center. The role manages dormitory conditions, student behavior and accountability, staff scheduling and performance, dormitory activities, career preparation, counseling referrals, safety, and coordination with other departments. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience working with youth and young adults, and preferably dormitory-management or Job Corps supervisory experience; the position also requires counseling knowledge, communication skills, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
