Description
The role leads process engineering and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, including optimizing production and processing methods, resolving work-in-process issues, analyzing materials and fabrication processes, monitoring quality and safety compliance, preparing operational reports, and training shop-floor personnel. It also supports diversity and inclusion initiatives for women employees and rotates across departments or locations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field, 3–5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, a proven record in process engineering and continuous improvement, and strong analytical, documentation, communication, and multitasking skills.
