Description
The Shift Supervisor supports production operations by monitoring work orders and employees, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety and hygiene requirements, and internal procedures. The role reports production status and deviations to the production manager, provides technical guidance, manages personal protective equipment and resources, assists with training, and maintains manufacturing documentation. It involves rotating shifts without night shifts, weekends, or public holidays, and requires German language skills, PC proficiency, and a strong awareness of cleanliness and hygiene; food or pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable.
