Description
The Assistant Unit Manager supervises Wendy's restaurant operations during non-service hours and assists with service-hour supervision, directing crew members and handling performance issues. Responsibilities include open-and-close procedures, quality and service monitoring, labor and food-cost control, training, cash and banking compliance, safety, maintenance, and employee relations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of restaurant-industry experience, and an average of 32 or more hours per week.
