Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supervises Wendy's restaurant operations during non-service hours and provides work direction to crew members during service hours. Responsibilities include overseeing opening and closing, quality and service standards, labor and food-cost controls, training, cash and banking procedures, safety, and employee relations.
