Cinnabon is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its first German store in Essen, with training in Rotterdam before the October 2026 opening. The role leads and coordinates the team during shifts, represents the Store Manager, ensures food quality, hygiene, presentation, and cash-register standards, handles guest service and sales, supports ordering and inventory, trains new team members, and implements upselling and local activities. Candidates need restaurant, catering, bakery, café, QSR, retail, or food-service experience; fluent German, good English, reliability, organizational ability, and availability for evenings and Saturdays are required.
