Description
The employer is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor for the 10 PM–6 AM shift in its Production division. The role oversees production activities and personnel, ensures schedules, quality, safety, and workflow standards are met, coordinates with other supervisors and the Production Manager, conducts safety briefings and performance feedback, resolves minor operational issues, manages staffing and timekeeping, and maintains production records. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while two or more years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or production is preferred; the role also requires knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, quality control, computer reporting, industrial safety, and OSHA regulations.
