CoreCivic is hiring a Shift Supervisor to supervise administrative and operational security activities and staff on a specific shift in an institutional, secure facility. The role includes managing security staff and inmates or residents, ensuring adequate staffing, participating in recruiting and orienting staff, and making recommendations on personnel and facility resources. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, three years of criminal justice or related experience including two years in a supervisory capacity, correctional officer training, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of correctional management and supervision practices.
