CoreCivic is hiring a Shift Supervisor to supervise administrative and operational security activities and staff on a specific shift in an institutional, secure facility. The role includes managing security staff and inmates or residents, ensuring adequate staffing, participating in recruiting and orienting staff, and recommending personnel and resource-management improvements. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, three years of criminal justice or related experience including two years in a supervisory capacity, correctional officer training, a valid driver's license, and be at least 20 years old.
