Description
PedidosYa is hiring a Store Manager to oversee the correct operation of a store during shifts, coordinate and staff the team, support administrative processes, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to employee development. The role requires at least two years of team leadership experience and two years of experience in retail, fast food, or grocery supermarket operations, along with knowledge of office tools and Google. It is based near Panama City in El Dorado–Costa del Este and requires afternoon/night shifts with one rotating day off.
