Description
The Shift Supervisor supports the store and acts in the absence of the deputy store manager or store manager. Responsibilities include advising customers, selling organic products, supporting store leadership, and ensuring the flow of goods. The role requires retail, sales, or comparable experience, along with initiative, responsibility, sales orientation, and conscientiousness. Compensation is at least €14.00 per hour plus company pension benefits, with employee discounts, a Deutschlandticket subsidy, and further training opportunities.
