Description
The Shift Supervisor supports store management and customers in a retail environment, advises customers on organic products, sells products, ensures goods flow, and uses sound judgment and empathy in team situations. The role requires retail, sales, or comparable experience, along with initiative, responsibility, sales orientation, and a careful working style.
