Description
Responsible for managing all aspects of operations during their shift, including cost and inventory control, cash management, and customer relations. The individual will ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures, setting an example for their team. Additional duties involve staff scheduling, paperwork handling, food management, schedule adherence, maintaining store image standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, transportation arrangements, store cleanliness, marketing efforts, and contributing to overall profitability.
