Description
The role supervises and controls production operations at chemical-process plants during a shift, coordinating schedules, materials, maintenance, plant start-ups and shutdowns, personnel and vehicle access, safety compliance, and shift handovers. It requires a Chemical or Industrial Engineering degree or related field, with three years of supervisory experience in industrial chemical-process plants preferred, along with knowledge of chemical-plant operating procedures, occupational safety and health standards, and SAP.
