Description
The Shift Supervisor leads and manages a production shift at Enviva’s wood-bioenergy plant, assigning work, monitoring productivity and quality, maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, reporting progress, and supporting equipment and employee performance. The role requires at least two years of industrial or manufacturing experience, basic computer knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
