Description
The Shift Supervisor leads and manages a production shift, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity and quality, maintaining safe and well-maintained equipment, enforcing housekeeping and safety standards, reporting progress, and communicating with the team. The role requires at least two years of industrial or manufacturing experience, basic computer knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
