Description
The Shift Supervisor leads arcade and family entertainment facility operations during scheduled shifts, supporting the General Manager and supervising staff. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, addressing staffing and operational issues, training employees, handling guest concerns, resolving complaints, enforcing policies, maintaining safety and security, and supporting promotions and sales. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of experience as a Senior Arcade Attendant or similar, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle customer service situations calmly.
