Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of experience in human services, preferably with individuals experiencing homelessness or substance use issues.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability and willingness to obtain FDNY F-80 Certificate of Fitness within 90 days of hire.
Willingness to obtain CPR and NYC Food Handler’s certifications, as needed.
Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Approaches sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
