Five Guys is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, cook-to-order restaurant shift. The role involves assigning crew, training and motivating staff, preparing burgers, fries, and milkshakes, delivering customer service, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining room. The position offers a base pay of $15 or more per hour, weekly bonuses and tips, paid time off, employee meals, and advancement opportunities. Candidates should have a positive demeanor, leadership and teamwork skills, strong communication, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for six hours, and a valid Southern Nevada Health Department Food Handler Card; restaurant experience and ServSafe certification are preferred but not required.
